It's tastes really great, the only issue that occurred was during delivery possibly. My toppings were off some of my pizza when I opened the box and the garlic knots are super small.

Great food. Ordered 5 pizzas for a group and they all came out in a timely manner. Everything was delicious and the staff were polite.

I called to place an order. They told me 20 minutes for pickup, but it turned into 50 minutes. I ordered something extra, and when I arrived, they told me they didn't have it. The same person who prepares the dough, I saw her touching pastries and touching her nose 😕

I waited 3 hours for a pizza because they supposedly didn't take my order after I gave it to them 3 times. If you don't want good service, don't go there.

They have the XXL pizza available every time it's ordered through the app. The other branches divide it into two boxes so it arrives presentable, but the Pontezuela branch is awful. The cashier is very rude and no matter how much you ask her nicely, she says no, even though the other branches do it.
