Super smooth rental car service! Only barrier was language, but they had someone on the clock who could translate. Elias did great with customer service, and José was quick with the car review!

There is a lady there that is completely useless. Doesn’t help. Wants to avoid reservations through website like Experian and then charge you way more for cars that “are available”. I will try to remove them from all the traveling websites. All visitors avoid Ace Rental in the DR. It’s managed by Nelly Rentals. Complete con artists.
