Terrible service, when contacting representatives they are never available and answer when they feel like it.
Completely deficient service, 4 employees and only one on duty... the others were fine, thank you very much.
The service is horrendous. Auturizations are very difficult. My mother is 99 years old, and it took us two hours to get CEDISA to contact them for authorization. It was never possible. I sent the patient to be pre-authorized directly to the RAs, but they didn't. The authorization platform doesn't work properly, but they don't authorize it in the office either. It takes 30 to 40 minutes to get through on the phone. They don't give the patient any options! And are we teachers required to be in this ARS?
The experience is not very pleasant; the place is small and the reception staff is equally small. For a government institution, like Ars Senasa, the processes take much longer.
My name is Tania Maritza Corniel Espinosa. Since switching to SEMMA, I've been having problems with my medications. I have to pay 11,500 pesos for them; it's a 70/30 split. Today, May 13th, I went to pick up my prescription because it's time to get them (they're monthly). I asked about coverage and they confirmed I had 12,000 pesos until February, but when I sent the prescriptions to the pharmacy, they told me I wasn't covered. I'm diabetic and hypertensive, and I have nothing to take. I truly regret leaving my other insurance to switch to SEMMA. Good night.
