The place is in a residential area. It's a big house of around five stories. The place per nice is inexpensive. I would rather stay in a less attractive place, in a room by myself, than a nicer place in a hostel. A few things this aparthotel can improve: Cleaning, providing better tv, killing the roaches, and a few small maintenances items. My room had a small refrigerator that didn't work. The main light bulb 💡 was not working, the wifi signal was weak, the shower 🚿 didn't have a showerhead. The power went off several times during my stay. The place has an auto repair shop on the first floor. The entrance smells bad because they have all the garbage containers by the door. The owners were very helpful and really nice. Hopefully, they could improve those things for a better stay.

price too high rooms are very small and dirty no TV some TV are only 10 inches other rooms hv no TV or they are broken. Does not provide air conditioner and when thy do it does not work. Did knot like will not go back..

It's a nice to get away place a little more work could be done to the place but 9 out of 10 I'll come again .

This place is a scam. It's not what Airbnb advertised. Keep away

The place is well located for those who like to be away from the noise of the metropolitan area. It's not a hotel, but an apartment building that you can rent for short or long stays. The managers are very friendly and attentive. They are currently undergoing renovations, and I wish them success.
