Excellent reliable mail forwarding service from Miami, for mail or light parcels, eg for Amazon or eBay stuff. The recent wrinkle is that pretty much every week the parcels due to be received in SD on a Thursday, end up delayed by UPS and are only available on the Friday. The collection point is generally efficient, has reasonable parking and offers coffee while you wait. My only observation on the parking is that the guardian insists on you driving, rather than reversing into the spaces. This means you have no choice then but to reverse in to the heavy traffic on Rómulo, not a great idea and more dangerous than being able to drive out.

Had some issues about their requirement to "repackage" a computer monitor that I bought from Amazon. I believe there is no need for that. The manager at the Romulo Betancoyrt statiim took care of my request in a very courteous manner. Very professional and highly reccomended. Never lost a package and never damaged on transit.
