It was my first time at Afrosura. I had a great experience. Orquidea was a professional, she was attentive and polite, she knew what she was doing, she asked questions about how I did my hair routine and offered advice about how to properly care for my curls. I am very satisfied with the outcome and I will definitely come back!

The stylist I had was quite unwelcoming and rude. I came with an appointment and informed her that it was my first time getting my curls defined. She rushed the entire process, didn’t give me any after care instructions nor did she wait for my hair to fully dry before making me leave and didn’t even offer me anything to drink (even though she was offering other clients). She also got upset at me for not booking an appointment for braid removal which was NOT an option on their website (however I included it in my appointment notes) when she realized she was at fault, she failed to apologize, simply handed me scissors and told me to start unbraiding my own hair. The other stylists seemed okay, but I hope that this particular one learns the proper way to treat clients.

Nathaly was amazing, she’s truly a sweetheart ! I loved the end results. Communication was great.

I found what I was looking for so, I can't say wasn't good.
