After today's experience with the workshop I would not come back. Carless, unprofessional and ignorrant. Nobody takes responsability for inaccurate information passed and the client suffers.

Although they did have what I needed. The staff were very helpful, attentive and professional.

Parking here is a disaster. They did not have ample parking at all and it's an extremely busy intersection. Also it takes forever to make any sort of a purchase in the Park area. I spend minimum 45 minutes each time just to purchase oil for my motorcycle. There is no reason that it should take so long to make a simple purchase. The people are slow and the waiting times are unacceptable. They should have a separate lot for people to park when making purchases there and they really need to improve their efficiency and waiting time for people making any sort of purchases. My last experience was horrible and I think I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

Don’t ever buy a Honda in Dominican Republic. This dealer is the worst that has happened to this brand. Awful service, no accountability, they just don’t care. My CRV got a minor scratch in August 2023. As of today (Jan 17, 2024) they still don’t have parts ready for fixing, although there is a purchase order from my insurance company. I have been there numerous times and they always come with cowboy stories. Not to mention the place where they paint and do fixes all cars is on the street! This dealer is a disgrace for Honda

Local Honda dealer. they offer all types of vehicles, garden equipment, generators , pumps and other items. They also offer a modern maintenance department. The people who work there are very friendly and well trained. The quality of the products they offer is top choice!
