They have no experience with flight reservations or flight booking these kids don't even know what is customer service just walked to pay the flight they had just reserved for me 30 min before and they couldn't find it and there rude as if i'm not important there kids. I wasted an hour w there shenanigans.They have 0 experience so I left to AGENCIA DE VIAJES GIC TRIPS and payed less n got it 123 this agency's on there game and so quick and respectful. And all those 5 stars you see below are most likely very fake, They need training.

We paid for cabins with balconies and got them with windows! We were ripped off by paying $600 extra for each cabin!! They refuse to fix their mistake!! Six people have been ripped off by this travel agency. I do not recommend it. 😳 Slow. The booking took 5 hours and we didn't get what we paid for!!!!

Excellent service from the agency, especially from Yamelis. She's always willing to help and is a very kind person. She's attentive to the client throughout the entire process and offers the best advice. I had a very pleasant experience with everyone.
