There are many opportunities for improvement in service, presentation, lighting, cleanliness... they may have many options but the truth is that if you go by the image when you enter you don't even ask.

Very good service, excellent products

There's this balding guy who's clearly not fit to be there. He gives dogs their vaccinations but can't even give them the information they need about when they're due, or how to care for a puppy. On top of that, he tells you to come back tomorrow to pick up the vaccination card. You go two days later and he tells you to forget about it, that the man didn't bring it, and that's it! 😡😡😡

The staff is very attentive and friendly; the customer service is excellent.
