Terrible real estate company 👎🏼 They still have the apartment that I bought over 8 years ago listed for sale on their website. I have asked them to remove this listing several times but they have not complied. I keep getting inquiries from various people who were surprised to see my apartment for sale on this website. I will not do any business with this company, since I seem to be extremely unprofessional 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Edoardo is the absolute best. He has helped us with every question/request we have had big or small. I would highly recommend using AIC for renting. That said, we have also seen properties for sale with Laurent and he has been incredibly accommodating as well. All in all, great experience!

Villa Kanadu is a beautiful home! We rented the property for six days and had a wonderful experience. The home accommodated three adults and three children comfortably. Our agent Edoardo Taboada went above and beyond in making sure our stay was pleasant. He address our needs and concerns and was always available. We will definitely return!
