Our experience at this place was terrible. We waited for over 45 minutes for a pizza. We went to the actual place, as we were waiting in a palapa on the beach. They said the food was not ready. Furthermore, they gave us a price that was $100 over the original price. They wanted payment immediately, so they could give another client change. They said cards were not accepted, even though they were. They wanted cash, again, to be able to give change. We were not okay with it, so we said we didn't want the pizza anymore and left. Then, the worker chased us to the market and demanded payment. The manager then followed to try to smooth things out, as the worker threatened to call the police. We didn't want to cause a raucous in front of the other business, as that would be negative street credit for them and they are awesome. I agreed to pay the original price for the pizza. The manager came back with two Styrofoam boxes with pizza slices, not even a box. We basically threw it away afterwards. So, buyer beware... these folks are counting on you to be their cash cows. In hindsight, we should've had the police show up. This was a crime. If we could give this place -5 stars, we would. It's worse than trash. Criminals.
