I had a fantastic experience with Alamo Santo Domingo. Mr. Felix and Jomalis were incredibly helpful, insightful, and kind throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and even helped us upgrade to a vehicle that perfectly fit our family of five. The Suzuki we got has been amazing — spacious, reliable, and perfect for our needs. Thanks to their excellent service, we’re already planning to return in December. I’m very happy with everything and would highly recommend!! Enterprise far exceeded my expectations, especially the Independencia location in Santo Domingo - I was about to return the car without a full tank and Lucy kindly saved me some money by informing me that there was a gas station next door and it would be worth my time to fill up there. She was very friendly and was terrific. Thanks again!
