I went to pick up an order 2 hours after the agreed time and one of the cakes were still not ready. They tried giving me the run around saying that the cake was going to be ready in 20 minutes. Truly disappointing since there were multiple costumers complaining about the same issue. I would not recommend for a weekend pickup. I suggest if you do so, make sure you don't need the cake until atleast 3 or 4 hours after the agreed pick up time.

Customer Service is very BAD. There are no lines, only people walking in and crowding around the counter. The workers are very inattentive. Once I received my cake, it was pretty basic. Nothing that will make me return. I have had better service and cake at other places.
