When the cake arrived, one of the flower decorations had fallen and brought some of the side of the cake down with it, so that at one place on the round cake the cake under the flower was sticking out about two inches. The top layer of the cake also had a thin three inch crack which showed the cake inside. When I went to return the items from the top of the cake, the lady at the store was not helpful in returning my deposit of $1,000 pesos. I gave her my name, the name of the bride and groom, the day of the wedding where the cake was brought to my house, and she claimed she could not find a record of my deposit. While I was speaking with her another man walked in to the store and she served him while I had to wait! I finally phoned the bride, on her honeymoon, to ask the date we had been at the store so that could give the lady the date of purchase. The bride sent me a photo of the receipt which I showed the lady, and then she finally gave me the deposit back. She was not pleasant and I would not recommend this shop.

I think it needs some chairs for customers. Then everything is good.

Best cake in town

They need to adjust the delivery time for orders. I ordered something for 2 PM and went to pick it up with plenty of time, but it wasn't here; it was out in the sun. I told them to send it to Antonio Guzmán, but it's been 1:30 PM and it still hasn't arrived. It's disrespectful to the wait time. I called and they told me it had arrived, but in the end, everyone was lying. Don't neglect customer service, as that's the only area where we can be different from the rest.
