Alberto Repostería Las Colinas is my go-to cake spot. We usually place orders through WhatsApp, and if it’s something basic, you can often pick it up the same day, just a few hours after ordering—which is super convenient. The only downside is that sometimes you order one cake style and when you pick it up, it’s not exactly the same design. That said, no place is perfect, and the most important thing is that the cake is always delicious. If you need a cake last minute, they usually have several cakes on display ready to go, and they can quickly add lettering like “Happy Birthday” or a custom message. One thing I really appreciate is the security guard—he helps control traffic when you’re parking or pulling out, which makes a big difference since the area can be busy. We usually tip him because he’s always attentive and helpful. I’ve been here when it’s both busy and slow, and the customer service has been consistently good overall. Reliable, convenient, and great-tasting cakes—this place never disappoints.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a cake for delivery, and after waiting an hour, I contacted them via WhatsApp and was told the delivery driver had already left. The person who answered the phone was also very rude. I waited two and a half hours for my order, and they kept saying it was on its way, but it never arrived. They need to get their act together when communicating with customers.
