Reviews will always be important, and here's why: Alcántara Cristales does very professional glass installation work with a very good finish. It's a highly recommended place. However, I think the company should be careful that when customers visit their shop, those hustlers from other businesses or street vendors don't come in offering parts (mirrors, fender flares, and even fiberglass corner protectors). I think the company should take better care of its customers and warn them that this man who makes the fiberglass corner protectors doesn't do quality work. This man came into Alcántara Cristales several times to tell me he did that work, and the employees saw him and even told me to arrange it with him later. To my surprise, one of the Alcántara employees even helped him glue them on with urethane silicone. All for the sake of improvement. 4 stars, because of this situation, without taking away from their excellent glass installation work.

Excellent service and unlike many places in the area they allow payment by credit or debit card

I took my vehicle in because of a problem with the urethane film; it had deteriorated over time, leaving almost the entire windshield exposed. You can imagine the risk of it flying off on the road. I found my solution at Alcántara Cristales. From the initial quote to the repair and the final billing, they provided quality and reliable service. The wait time was very reasonable, and the removal and installation technique was very effective. They also have a climate-controlled waiting area. Highly recommended!

They charge a lot and have little consideration for customers; there's no waiting area for your vehicle. I didn't like it and I won't be back.
