Terrible service employees just stand around and won’t ask you if you need any help and after asking to get me a pair of shoes she held the sample for 15 minutes that’s when I walked out

The worst service is at Agora Mall. I made a purchase of four handbags on July 26th online, and it said it was being processed. When I called to find out when they would ship them, they told me they were out of stock. They don't respond via WhatsApp. They're total scammers because the website is great for taking payments. Terrible service.

I went to buy some sneakers. The price tag said 4,000-something pesos, but when I went to pay, they charged me 7,000 pesos. I showed them the tag, and they simply told me there was no discount and that it was an employee's mistake to put the tag on without checking. I find it distasteful and unethical to display one price on the sale and then another at checkout. Even if it's an internal error, they should cover the difference or at least apologize. I'm dissatisfied with the poor service from the employees at this store.
