I went personally after checking it online, and charged me 1800 after asking if is hot water, and he/she what ever is said has… i did not check as the room looked decent, went out and returned late at night. No hot water what so ever… in the morning the same. Went to speak to the same person and start giving justifications the gas finished and do not have any one to change it… but when I asked for some refund back started to make big drama and shout like an hysterical person. It is not fair is charging me full price and then is acting like nothing happens…. This people need to learn what politeness means and how to run a business as they want the money like is nothing but they dn really care for anything. Do not stay here….other people also did not have any hot water and is always not just one time..

We chose to pay via Paypal and even after showing the receptionist the payment confirmation on the app as well as an email sent by Paypal, it took a while until staff decided to accept it. The process seemed inefficient and the receptionist was even pretty rude. We booked a “deluxe room“, however it was not very clean, the sheets had stains and were dusty/had hair on them, the sink in the bathroom was too tiny to even wash our faces in without making a mess. The walls were really thin, so it was a bit noisy. The shower didn’t have hot water. Fortunately we were travelling without suitcases because we could have simply not brought them inside the room. Two beds in a very small room. Not the best experience.

The room is very nicely and stylish very small.The bathroom needs a good cleaning especially the black mole and roaches. The hanging electric wire in the shower didn’t make me feel safe. The Room wasn’t clean my entire 8 days. I asked but they only clean after you leave.

Stayed 3 nights.... great wifi. great bed. tiny bathroom (needs a deep clean behind the toilet)
