My first visit and I received wonderful service. They are amazing, attentive women, and their smiles are so cathartic. Thank you Katty, Mrs. Merida, and Miss Guaira.

I had an appointment for 5:30, and I arrived a few minutes early. After 5:40, I asked if the appointment system was working, to which the manager replied, "I accepted it, but I warned you that we were full." I told her that I hadn't been told that at any point, and I proceeded to try to get her to read the conversation. She said, "I'm not going to argue." I looked at her, already irritated, and said, "There's no need to argue." I showed her the conversation, and she said, "Oh, it wasn't you." I wasn't even sure if it was about me or not. She proceeded to see me, but with an attitude that left me dissatisfied. The painting is good, no doubt, but you can find good paintings anywhere. What I'm looking for is the service and a relaxing atmosphere, not to be preoccupied with a place. I would never return to a place where I wasn't treated well.

They do a great job, but it's disrespectful that after all the hours you have to wait, they let someone who arrived last be served first, understanding that the person who's already there won't notice or be bothered. Everyone who arrives wants to be served first, but out of respect and courtesy, they wait their turn, and that's a rule that should apply to everyone.

I loved the service, good prices and very good attention, highly recommended.

I highly recommend this salon. They care about their clients and create beautiful nails using high-quality products that aren't used in other salons. I'm European, and this is the first salon in the Dominican Republic that hasn't damaged my nails. Thank you, and I highly recommend it!
