Had the worst massage ever at the spa. Clearly the therapist had no training at all and didn’t know what she was doing. She tried to massage the back of my knees, armpits etc, all contraindication areas which should not be massaged. Had no idea of pressure, didn’t ask any questions prior to the massage. I had to stop her multiple times and tell her to stop what she was doing as it painful. Total rip off here. price expensive. I’m a massage therapist and I know the staff here are not trained. Save your money and pain and don’t go here.

I cannot say anything about the rooms since I only had a massage there. The massage & spa were great though. I first thought the price was a bit high but it’s worth every penny. You get to relax in the steam bath before the massage, can take a shower, have a locker to put your stuff. I had a sports massage which was absolutely great and the staff were really friendly and forthcoming. Can definitely recommend

This hidden gem, was the highlight of my whole trip! From the outside, to the walkway, to the entrance, you are taken into a dreamy, erotic and satisfying experience! The steam room, exfoliation, massage, hot tub and champagne….was everything I wanted and more! Me and my best friend booked the lovers package and OMG it is so necessary whether you’re in love or not! Margaret, Yosmary, and Jenny greeted us with energy that allowed us to relax into this heavenly experience! I can’t say enough! I have done massages everywhere I have traveled and this is definitely one of my top 5! Jenny’s welcoming energy allowed us to feel so feminine and alive and we will definitely be back! Gracias!

I had a 1 hour massage and sugar epilation. Epilation super-hurting, she applied sugar hundreds of times for the same piece of skin. Massage normal, nothing special. At the end they announce that they made a mistake with exchange rate and service costs higher. They didn’t react to my objections, charged higher price. Take into account, that their prices are 1.5-2 times higher than everywhere else in Las Terrenas. This spoiled my experience and day.
