Excellent security and 24-hour protection for the vehicle and the customer. 100% recommended.

The staff is very attentive, but the vehicle release process can be very slow most of the time. With the unbearable heat there, I don't understand why they cut down the trees in the parking lot, and I also don't understand how the Environmental Department allowed it. I understand they could have expanded the parking lot without cutting down the trees.

It's a combination of places between the Port of Santo Domingo and what would be the warehouse... at first it was a bit uncomfortable, but then the vehicles were well organized, and the vehicle dispatch was a bit old-fashioned but it worked within the limits... Except for one or two minor issues, it's an excellent place.
