Things are very expensive and there's hardly anything available, unfortunately. The staff is excellent, except for one skinny, dark-skinned woman who speaks rudely to people 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

The space and hygiene are good, especially in the aisles. Always carry cash, as their "company policy," according to the young woman at the register who helped me, states that unless you spend more than 200 pesos, you can't pay by card. They also frequently run out of stock. I went to buy underwear (boxers) and thick socks, and they didn't have them. Their response was, "They haven't arrived." I suggest that before considering shopping here, you allow yourself time to visit another store. This opinion may change as the store improves, as I'm only speaking from my experience so far.

This store is small, but it has the basic necessities for the Cienfuegos community, good prices, and they accept credit cards. Route F, the OMSA bus line, and the 27 de Febrero flag all cross in front of it.

The store has many varieties of merchandise, but employs terrible customer service since most of the chat and talking on cell phones and even overhearing conversations, I'm not interested anymore, I just came in to look for something

Inexplicable is an unforgettable experience; the whole place is a beautiful paradise.
