Unacceptable service and poor logistics. 1/5 stars. I deeply regret having to report such a negative experience with this warehouse. I placed an order over two weeks ago and, to date, I have not received the product. The logistics are nonexistent: shipments are indefinitely delayed without clear notifications, packages disappear into limbo, and phone inquiries result in excessive wait times and evasive answers from staff. This level of disorganization generates an unnecessary loss of time and resources for customers. I do not recommend this establishment under any circumstances; opt for suppliers with reliable systems. A radical improvement in their operational processes is urgently needed.

A warehouse with very simple staff management can handle low volumes; more than 10 containers get mixed up, there is no contact for effective customer service.

Excellent service and very well-organized delivery

It's a poorly organized and inconsiderate company. They park their imported vehicles and trailers loaded with merchandise on both sides of the street, obstructing traffic and making it difficult to pass.
