Hands down the best hotel stay in Santo Domingo. Pool, delectable breakfast, awesome rooms, exceptional service and upscale restaurants. Parking is $10 USD per day, but that is favorable trade-off compared to an Airbnb where parking is fee but without breakfast. I will no longer stay at AirBnb when in SDQ, which is 3 time a years. Thanks Aloft team for the fantastic service and accommodations.

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Piantini, Santo Domingo, and this one truly stood out. While many of the rooms in the area are comparable, the front desk service made all the difference. From remembering my daughter’s birthday to being consistently helpful and attentive, Gabriela went above and beyond. I was initially on the fence about which hotel to choose, but the level of service at Aloft exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a hotel in Piantini with exceptional customer service, I would absolutely recommend this one, especially if you have the pleasure of interacting with Gabriela. Brava.

This is a great option to stay in Santo Domingo. The hotel is brand new and have everything you need for your stay. The best part of the hotel is the service, every time I arrive the front desk is very friendly and remember me. On my last stay I forgot my charger and a bracelet and at my arrival last night they had everything ready for me without saying.. The breakfast and service at the restaurant amazing.

When visiting the DR, always choose this hotel for its convenient location, hospitality, rooms, and friendly staff. On my last visit, the receptionist Winellys De La Cruz took care of my stay. She was very well-mannered, educated, friendly, and professional. This level of professionalism can only be found at this hotel. Looking forward to staying again on my next visit.
