I had a great experience with Ozavi Rent A Car. The ladies there were incredibly nice, professional, and very accommodating throughout my entire rental. I rented a car for six weeks and had zero issues from start to finish. I actually tried a couple of other rental places before choosing Ozavi, and they were by far the best option. The car was newer, reliable, and great on gas—exactly what I needed for an extended stay. Everything worked out smoothly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. If I’m back in town, this will definitely be my go-to spot. Highly recommended.

All that I can say is disappointing, I’ve been renting cars from this agency for over 20 years. Things are going south fast, to start I was charged a deposit of $400.00 in which I didn’t have a problem. Then I was charged another deposit for the 5 days of the full rental charges. I feel that my long standing without incident didn’t mean anything. I stopped renting at the airport because of price gouging, so I decided to bring my business to a local agency. When it was time to inspect the car, 1st it was not clear after the last use and the windshield was cracked across. I didn’t take that car because the last time I rented there was damage from previous renter that I had to dispute. Customer loyalty is the key to growth of any business.

Excellent service!!!! 2 Ladies at the front were very professional and nice. They showed me the car and to check in took 10 min. Cheapest in Dominican Republic. I reserved at AVIS first at the airport and they tried to charge me $700+$250 deposit and I said no thank you and I left. Then texted this car rental for the same car and time it was $340+200 deposit(which they gave back). They also took me back to the airport when I dropped it off.

Booked the car by whatsapp a month before.. Great service and good price with lowest deposit I could find. Roberto super friendly guy came and collected us from the airport late at night, took us to a place to change up some money and would of took us to get a Simcard if anywhere was open. Then when we returned the car was very easy no extra charges everything as expected and he drove us back to the airport. 100℅ recommended.

So disappointed with the service, all their vehicles are defective, specially tire ,air conditioning and poor service!! I rented two vehicles with them, the first one for 7 days and they gave it to me in reserve (Zero Gasoline) so I had go to the nearest station to put Gas in addition to a defective tire that I had already told them was empty and they only put air into it without check it (in the next 2 hours it was already empty again) because the rim was in terrible condition, I paid a daily insurance that among other things covered assistance in case I forgot the keys inside the vehicle and when the incident happened (I forgot the keys inside of the vehicle) I had to wait more than 6 hours for his mechanic to arrive and open the door as the thieves do! I mean, they didn't have a copy of the key either, as they had told me booked the car. In my second rented vehicle, they gave me a vehicle that also had defective tires, the air conditioner did not cool at all, and although in this one they did give me 1/2 a tank of gasoline, they charged me 35 dollars because when I return it was missing 1/4. (because they charge double the value of gasoline per tank) and they did not take into consideration that I had not asked for credit for gasoline in the first Car rented and yet they took so long in the closing process that I lost my bus to Punta Cana (on my payment receipt it was 70 dollars per day in addition to what was agreed) the employee (Gilbert) in charge and made an effort 💯 and they corrected it, As compensation for the incident and since I missed the bus, the employee tried to give me a ride to the bus station, which is less than 5 minutes away. and the administration did not authorize it!! NEVER, EVER, WOULD I RENT WITH SUCH A MEDIOCRE COMPANY, good employees but very bad management!!!
