Gentlemen, this is the only office with a repair shop. I went there to have my modem checked since I pay for a plan, and the young woman told me she couldn't check the device because there was no repair shop. When I called, the first thing they told me was that there was a repair shop. This young woman, named Neftalí Cuevas P9-1175, gave me terrible service.
