The customer service is terrible. I took my car in just for a bumper replacement, and they told me it would take two days. Those two days stretched into weeks, and each time I went back, they returned my car in worse condition, sometimes with residue or problems from poor installation. Finally, they returned my car wet inside and with a terrible smell. It's a dreadful repair shop.

I went to pick up the transfer of ownership for a vehicle I had purchased. There was a man at reception who told me I had to come back another day because the person in charge of issuing transfers hadn't arrived that day, and there was no way to call her so she could tell the man to give me the transfer. He said I just had to drop it off, and I was happy to accept any document if needed. The man told me to write down my address and contact information so they could send me the transfer, but they never did. In the end, I had to go back several days later to pick up the transfer in person at that office. Very poor customer service. If you're planning to go, the area where that business is located is a bit tricky. It has many hills, steep inclines, and poorly paved streets with potholes. I recommend entering and exiting through the Bravo supermarket entrance; it's the best route. Don't try to drive through the rest of the building if you want to take care of your vehicle.

My insurance company gave me a list of repair shops, and this was one of them. I regret to say they are quite disorganized. They give you a delivery date, and every time they're about to deliver, they tell you they've made a new estimate! There are always parts missing when they're supposed to deliver. IF YOU'RE READING THIS, PLEASE VALUE YOUR TIME AND DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE.

They're terrible at everything; I don't recommend this shop. After the delivery date for my car, it wasn't ready. They finally delivered it two weeks later, and it was poorly painted and badly repaired. I absolutely do not recommend this shop. Many customers call and complain, they take forever, and nobody takes responsibility. If you call, they put you on hold, the call drops, and they tell you they'll call you back, but they never do. And if they give you a delivery date, when you go to pick up the car, it's never ready. They're terrible in every way.
