Terrible service. I've been evaluating the behavior of the staff at the Gazcue branch for over two years, and it makes a very bad impression. They have absolutely no customer service skills; they don't answer questions or concerns. Besides, it's a waste of time. I don't know what the point of having priority service is if it's useless. The staff is extremely rude.

It took over an hour to deliver the results. The employees on that shift looked exhausted or unmotivated.
