Excellent my favorite place of dentist

Good service

It's a comfortable, clean place, the staff is super friendly, and the doctor I've been seeing for the past two years is also wonderful; she gave me a beautiful smile. But they really need to improve the wait times, because you make an appointment for 10:00 AM and arrive at 9:30 AM, and they don't see you until 11:30 AM, even if there aren't that many people waiting. Please work on that.

The branch staff is very professional, and the doctors take care to clearly explain each diagnosis and always recommend preventative measures. The equipment and the branch facilities are always clean and well-maintained. The waiting room is very pleasant and even has Wi-Fi.

Terrible service. My appointment was at 9:00 AM. I arrived at 8:20 AM to get my bill, and by 9:20 AM they still hadn't called me. Other customers were arriving and being served. At 9:30 AM, I went to customer service, and they told me I would be seen after everyone else I saw arrive because I hadn't followed the proper billing process since they hadn't called me, as she had instructed. Then she said I should go to the billing department. So, she's telling me what to do? Or am I supposed to do it myself? The best thing I did was leave. Very bad service; I don't recommend them.
