The wait times are extremely long and inconsistent. It's common for us to arrive at 11:45 AM every time I have an appointment for my son because we scheduled it for 2:00 PM, and we never manage to get number one. Then someone who's never been seen before shows up, supposedly number one. This only happens at this branch; we used to go to the Lincoln branch and never had this problem. Also, the waiting room is always crowded and noisy, and the women who call out names instead of coming into the waiting room to call them by name. They shout from the end of the hall, where most of the time you can't hear or understand them, and you risk losing even more time because they'll take your place in line.

A lot of time is wasted in the billing area because the young women are chatting amongst themselves about personal matters. Out of four representatives, only Jennifer is helpful. The doctor, however, is excellent and professional.
