Horrible experience. Came to my appointment to get routine cleaning, they took payment right away, was getting panoramic X-ray within 15 minutes. Thought everything was going great. An hour and 15 minutes after that, was still sitting on the bench waiting to be seen by dentist- board showed I was next patient this entire time. What’s the point of making an appointment? Every other dentist I’ve been to in Santiago to get a cleaning, was in and out within 30-45 minutes. An hour and half waiting at this place was a total waste of time. I did not even ask for a refund because I was so annoyed

Astronomical prices. Don't get me wrong, the place looks state of the art and the dentists working there do look the part but the prices for certain procedures are way over inflated. 2K dollars for exondontia plus implant plus crown... I went to another place that did the same thing HALF THE PRICE! They overcharge for everything in a very unrealistic manner. I don't recommend it if you are just a working class fella like me.

I want to thank my doctor, Gabriela Medina, for all her care. When I arrived, we realized my insurance didn't cover this clinic because it was affiliated with another one, but thanks to her wonderful energy, I was able to pay privately. I give her ten thousand stars because she made me feel incredibly comfortable, especially since I'm very sensitive. She was so supportive, and thanks to her, everything went perfectly. I love her!
