The wash is quick but lacks attention to detail, the vacuuming leaves much to be desired, and the price is standard for car washes in this category. I think they could improve their customer service and other aspects.

Maybe I was just unlucky, but they did everything in 9 minutes (even though there were no other customers) without even wiping down the dashboard. They only vacuumed the carpet after the "wash," using the same cloth they used to dust the door hinges and rubber seals, and then they just kept drying everything further up the road. When they went to polish the rubber seals, they only gave each seal a single clockwise wipe with a sponge, leaving some areas dull. This is nothing like it used to be.

It's a service place; it's not aesthetically pleasing, but it's organized, has amenities (snacks for sale, water, restroom, covered and air-conditioned waiting room), it's fast and inexpensive

They wash the vehicles very well and the service is very good, as is the price, but the downside is how inconvenient it is to get in or out on the service road.
