I wish I could write a good review but I was disappointed visiting this place. The steps of the pool and the seats at the swim up bar were chipped and broken. I cut my toe on the steps trying to get in the water. The staff was almost non existent, taking almost 20 minutes to take our order and the bartender was rude. The life guard was the most helpful. Food tasted great but took a long time to come out. Pool wasn’t the cleanest and needed more water. I will not be going back until the place is renovated.

Everytime I visit SANTIAGO CITY in Dominican Republic I have to stop and enjoy Andy Ranch. The pool water is usually clean the bathroom facilities are usually in good condition. The cover charge is a little pricey but still reasonable. The staff is friendly food and drink service is pretty good. The swimming pool for kids is safe. I also noticed the security on point with the safety of the kids. I ordered tostones with French fries, salad, and barbecued chicken, beef and pork (I am Vegan I didn't eat the meat but the others did). It was an exciting experience going to this place, I have visited before, bit this time atmosphere was off the hook. I enjoyed a lot.

It's a pool party during the day and a dance party with live bands and artists at night. Super fun local Santiago. Not a long drive worth spending a day by the pool. Swim up bar, WiFi, nice staff. Did I mention how delicious the food is. YUM!
