I recently went on vacation in Punta Cana (August 2017) and my significant other and I purchased Angel Gurad coverage, while there we had an emergency medical visit that ended up costing us around $400. We got back to our hotel and called angel guard and we were reassured we were be covered and would receive a check in the mail when we got back to the states to cover our medical expense. It is now November 2nd 2017 and we have yet to receive any form of repayment from Angel guard. I am curious weather or not this fraudulent company has ever followed through on their coverage promises. I will not be using their services again however because as far as I can tell they are completely illegitimate.

I felt safe and supported throughout my entire trip. I will definitely use their services again and I recommend them 100%.

Do not buy insurance from this company. They are thieves. Even after purchasing a travel insurance policy and submitting all the necessary documents and emergency medical evidence, they deny your case. Besides being completely unprofessional, they deny your claim. Buy your travel insurance from another agency. I'm telling you this from experience. Do NOT purchase travel insurance with this company; they are nothing but unprofessional thieves. Even when I presented supporting evidence and medical documents for my claim, they denied it. They told me it was denied even before I actually submitted my claim, which is crazy to me. In the U.S., that would never happen. I submitted all the required documents and a medical letter explaining that I was canceling due to a medical emergency, and they will find a way to deny you. Do NOT USE THEM!
