The service was spotty. The atmosphere is great. I came to watch U of H and Colorado NCAA football game. I needed a refill on my drink and the steak I ordered wasn't cooked properly. The parking has some opportunities. I wasn't sure why they charged an additional fee to bag up the food to go that was a first.

This is random but - Initially was going to PF chang's downstairs, get there at 10:30 pm and they said they were closed (after I told them google maps said 11:00 - they didn't care) so we went to Applebee's who also "closed" at 11:00. To our surprise, they greated us with a smile ans ready to serve us. All the staff was so kind and friendly. Food was exactly like the one in the US - not healthy at all, but tasty ! Prices are about the same as US - and those drinks !!!! Mojitos are crazy big and delicious. I'm coming back -

Previously I gave a poor grading to this place. Now I happily change that from 1 to 4 star. All about customer service and food quality. Check the pictures and you will see what was ordered. The baby back ribs were great this time. The chicken, on the other hand, needs to be revised the crest was hard and it did not feel fresh. The dessert was perfect. Drinks were great. The way that Lisa (the waitress that took care of us) handled everything was great I definitely want to say she is outstanding. I will go back soon.

Hostess was very courteous and attentive, even though the chicken wings were not so desirable. The Chinola Frozen Margarita was a BomB, enjoyed every bit of it.😋

It is a good place to have lunch or dinner. It has a fast and friendly service. The food was good. I would like the tables to have salt and pepper shakers. I had ice cream for dessert and it was delicious. I would recommend you try it. The prices are a bit expensive but I guess it has to do with the zone. I like that it is close to the hotel and that they can deliver to the room. I would recommend going to this restaurant.
