Aside from the poorly trained staff and high prices, I was a regular customer until I bought an internet switch and it stopped working the same day I used it. I went to ask for a refund for the item, which cost approximately 700 pesos, and they couldn't resolve the issue, not even by giving me store credit. Because they wouldn't refund 700 pesos, they lost even more money, as I'll never shop there again.

They fixed the fans, but they damaged the laptop's touchpad. They offered to look at it again, but I didn't because I was afraid they might damage something else.

Terrible customer service, and prices are a bit high on many products.
