Great customer service, staff is on point. Furniture is well elaborated and good quality.

The vendor was nice until we told her we weren't buy anything at the moment, but checking on prices (I'm about to get married and wanted to check the furniture'prices and styles) after that she basically expelled us from the premises. She put us on the elevator, took us to the main door and said good bye. Definitely not going back.

Just went looking for an employee to say Hi Alba!!! As her name is... she introduce everybody that works with her. She set as down with a cop of tea and no only that. She show us the entire store floor by floor. I fall in love with the furniture, I forgot for a moment that I was in Santo Domingo. The store is more or as beautiful as here in Miami. I recommend to buy at Ashley Furniture in Santo Domingo. Ask for Alba she has great attention.

A very wide selection of mid range furniture, everything from bedroom to dining room and everywhere in between. Prices, certainly for the DR, are reasonable and they are not above a bit of haggling. They always have a good range of ornaments as well, including Christmas ones in season.

Too expensive for what they offer. Very quiet, you even feel uncomfortable having a conversation, it's like they are listening to you. Not the best selection in Santo Domingo.
