Other people may have received good service. In my case, it was a very frustrating experience. I wanted to make a reservation through them, and the initial quote increased by over RD$21,000.00 because the agent didn't make the reservation within the required timeframe. I hope they can provide better service. I wouldn't use their service again. I don't think they will ever offer better service; my first impression was terrible.

Arbaje Tour is excellent; we had the wonderful experience of booking a weekend at one of the Ibero Star group hotels in Punta Cana through them, and the stay was superb.
