Horrible service. Some of the flowers I received were cut to the exact height so it wouldn't be noticeable. It seems they only care about making them look good in photos, and when you want to keep them longer, it's no longer possible because they justify it by saying "THERE ARE SOME FOR FILLER," even though it's the first time I've received anything like this, and other florists have always delivered the same height. Instead of wasting energy justifying their mediocrity, they should just admit that this isn't good work, and everything would be easier that way.
