Arichy Real Estate is still an office using old way with dealing with customers- doing everything possible to make customers happy so they will return. No matter on huge quantity of tourists, there's focus is to build a database of happy customers. 2 bedrooms apartment we rented for 2 months is located at White Sands and Golf Club area, offering very much everything you can enjoy on long vacation. Beach we as a guests of White Sands can use is about 20 minutes walking to, however there is Hector with his open van moving residents to and from the beach very much trough the day. Transportation is paid by taxes, free of charge to us. Only 5 minutes walking is a Casino and disco club, and another 2 minutes second casino. In this area small, local village starts, offering everything you can expect from local town. 5 minutes to opposite direction is fully computerized Golf range where we had a lot of fun. Our apartment is a part of smaller gated community LA Esmeralda, very well maintained, secure and clean resort offering a large pool, children's pool sunbeds and sitting area. Apartment is huge, with everything you need including fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms each with walking closets, 2 and half bathrooms and oversized dining living area. Compared to prices our neighbours paid using travel agencies we saved a lot, thanks to Arichy Real Estate.

We booked our stay through Arichy Real Estate and worked with Elena – and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Elena and her team were incredibly responsive, helpful, and always available to answer questions or offer local tips. They made everything smooth and easy, and we truly felt taken care of. We stayed at Grunwald 3 – a cozy, quiet spot just a short walk from the beach (about 8 minutes) and even closer to restaurants and a grocery store. The apartment has a spacious living room, a lovely terrace, and access to a pool – perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Highly recommend both Arichy Real Estate and the Grunwald 3 apartment for anyone visiting Punta Cana!

Arichy and Elena were fabulous to work with. Playa Turquesa Ocean Club was spectacular. The 2 bedroom condo was clean, bright and well furnished. The kitchen was perfect. New appliances and new pots and pans and new cutlery and new dishes. I’ve signed up for next season. I would recommend Elena and Arichy Inmobilaria for buying or renting in Punta Cana.
