Great bicycle shop!! The staff is very helpful and the mechanic knows his way around any type of bike

The cashier has absolutely no interest in continuing to work there. She does everything with a slowness that's clearly intentional. On top of that, I had to wait an hour for them to get the long axle to put training wheels on a bicycle. I don't understand how a "bicycle-only" shop doesn't have that. The only diligent person is the salesperson, and I imagine that's because they earn a commission, because even the mechanics move at a snail's pace. A completely disorganized and dysfunctional company.

I went there to get my bike serviced and have my broken chain replaced. I paid extra for a high-quality chain so it would last longer. The service and installation of the new chain went very well. But the chain broke again. In less than six months, and I didn't use it much. I don't use my bike for sport, but for leisure rides and to clear my head.
