I've had this insurance for four months and they still haven't given me my card. Also, when you visit the office, the receptionist provides terrible service, acting like you're begging. I'm giving it one-quarter of a star.

That insurance doesn't cover you anywhere, it's useless, garbage.

I've given it one star because I can't give it less. This garbage insurance is unusable anywhere. The owners of this insurance are affiliated with other ARS (Health Risk Administrators). I have no proof, but I also have no doubt.

This insurance company is so bad and incredibly irresponsible. They never called me to deliver my insurance card, and when I try to contact them, there's never an answer. I've tried calling different numbers, and there's no response. Now I can't buy my medicine with the insurance or even use it because the letter they gave me when they were supposed to give me the card expires after three months. It's garbage. Be careful about falling for this insurance.
