What an amazing spot! Arturo Fuentes Cigar Bar has the perfect ambience and décor—absolutely classy yet comfortable. The cigar selection is unique and one of the best we’ve seen, with options for every taste. We also ordered burgers, and honestly, they were the best we’ve had in a long time! The biggest surprise? This is the only cigar lounge we’ve ever been to where you don’t walk out smelling like an ashtray. The ventilation is incredible, which makes the whole experience that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone who loves cigars, great food, and a top-notch atmosphere!

Service: 0 - horrible service and it’s like they don’t care, they literally make you feel like you are bothering them and is a favor that they allow you to enter. Food was excellent but will never come back. My husband loves their cigars and every time we come to the country we buy plenty to take back with us for him to also share with his friends but but I’m sure I can disuade him to go to another brand; I cannot give my money to a place that does not care about you.

I recently visited the store in Santo Domingo. Lovely interior except the Cigar Lounge doesn’t open till 3 PM. I travelled all the way from California. I was looking forward to a nice opus x in their lounge and could not enjoy it because of the opening time is not advertised anywhere. In addition, the employees/staff were not very friendly and never once offered me a water or anything after buying a box of opus x’s. I frequent many cigar lounges throughout the world and they’re always friendly and very hospitable. Anyways, the staff should be spoken to about how to treat customers.

The absolute best selection, but unfortunately, if you are coming from the US, prepare to pay almost double the price, but it's a great destination, and I would highly recommend it. Just keep in mind it is marked up significantly.

It was a beautiful spot right in the heart of Santa Domingo. Loved the ambience and the staff was helpful. Was able to secure some good cigars at a reasonable price and a beautiful cigar cutter. Beautiful place in a beautiful country.
