Best the best hospital
It's a comprehensive and efficient center; there are no complaints about the service, only that many people come and the waiting times are long, especially for insurance billing. They should also allow same-day analysis and studies, but they don't do that here.
A hospital dedicated to the heart ❤️. For over five decades, the Dominican Institute of Cardiology has amassed an extraordinary record of service in the field of cardiovascular diseases, performing hundreds of procedures of varying nature and delicate heart surgeries each year. All are carried out using the most modern techniques and advances that medical science provides. Its mortality rate averages just five percent, a clear demonstration of its successful performance, all the more commendable considering that more than a third of the patients it treats are admitted in critical condition. It has a 24-hour emergency service, outpatient clinic, a post-surgical intensive care unit, an ergometry department for stress testing, radiology, echocardiography, electrocardiography, a department for ambulatory electrocardiography (Holter) and another for ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM), an X-ray department, a CT angiography department, a clinical laboratory, a hemodynamics department for cardiac catheterization, invasive cardiology procedures, and pacemaker implantation. It also offers specialties such as pulmonology, gastroenterology, and neurology. It has a pharmacy. Currently, they accept all types of insurance except ARS Humano. It is currently undergoing expansion. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hospital dedicated to the heart ❤️. Terrible service. It's unacceptable that you have to wait hours to pick up simple results. I had to leave without them because the wait was endless and I had other commitments. There's no excuse for such inefficiency. They urgently need to improve their organization and streamline this process, because what they're doing now shows a complete lack of respect for patients' time.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's hard to find an employee who treats you with empathy; it's like you're begging for service. The cashiers, security guards, secretaries, and doctors compete to see who treats you the worst. Oh! And there's no one to complain to.
