What would it cost a customer service agent to pick up the phone or reply to an email informing them that a product was denied? Instead of making the customer write emails and ignoring them. If something was declined, they should be informed, just as they would be when a product was approved.
Yesterday I came to this bank and there was only one teller serving customers inside and operating the drive-thru. Today it's the same, just one teller doing all that plus collecting the vehicle registration fee. It's outrageous, and I see from previous posts that it's a common problem, and obviously the branch manager doesn't care what the customers think since he's not addressing it.
Excellent service and every time I go, the treatment gets better.
They should have a drive-up ATM to avoid long lines.
The worst service in the country. Don't put your money in this association!
