Poor efficiency, mediocre service, and the worst billing system I've ever seen. They start scheduling appointments at 6:30 a.m. at the outer door after patients spend one or two hours outside in line, occupying the space on the sidewalk where pedestrians cross. After this, patients have to wait inside, with little space left. There is no ventilation, no air inlet or outlet, there are fans that when they reach you, throw all the hot air inside the building at you, a small number of chairs, there are some improvised seats covered with ceramic for patients to sit on, another large part sits on the stairs and at 8:00 am is when they start calling to hand over the ID, card and the number that was given upon entering for when they feel like it to start billing, my number was a single digit and it had been approximately 2 hours after 8:00 am and they had not called me to bill, I went to the cashier, picked up my documents and went to a more competent place. I do not recommend it at all. My worst experience in an outpatient center that claims to be a "policlinic".
Very bad service, they don't do you the favor of printing a copy of your insurance policy, but if you bring yours printed, they'll make a copy of it.
Many deficiencies in billing and customer service, these women do not do their job, they do not have human quality, they do not help the patients, not even with information. Ben, the patients in need of help and they do not do it, they are arrogant and presumptuous with the patients, for me it is super bad, the doctors are very good but the service is many deficiencies are not in that, one of my indications was changed with my husband's for Rllox and with my indication they billed my husband, being the one for the lumbar and mine for the thorax, and you Ben, how attentive you are to your work
Completely rubbish service and when it comes to delivering the results they say from 2 o'clock onwards, it's already 2:30 and they haven't said anything and there's a crowd of people waiting for an answer.
Terrible service in the orthopedic area, they tell you from 1:30 to 2 and it's still 4 and the doctor hasn't arrived.
