When a medical center has bad service, I don't go to too many hospitals. The right thing to do is not to go there so that I have to go out looking for people. Where you go when you're sick and they treat you badly, everything gets complicated.

It's very bad, they have preferential treatment, they treat you however they want, they don't care if you're first or not, and they're disrespectful. If they don't know how to work with patients, they shouldn't work. They're too bad and treat people badly, they have no empathy, and here everything is based on looks.

ELOHIN Guaricanos is a health center. They offer medical care for therapy, gynecology, and pediatrics. They need to improve the hygiene of the bathrooms, as they're out of order, and one is average and always dirty and without toilet paper. As for therapy, they have too many people, so the two therapists are great at serving over 50 people daily. The parking lot is gravel, making it impossible for patients to move around. There's no parking for clients, only for doctors or people in emergency situations. There's no security or wheelchair ramp. There's also no drinking water. Customer service is good, but there are too many people for so few employees.

Terrible service! One of the girls was incredibly rude. I arrived at 4:30 for a general visit, and the receptionist told me to wait. So I waited, and after 20 minutes, I got up and asked if there was an appointment available with the general practitioner. She said no. She kept me waiting without saying anything, and then, after the time had passed, she told me there was no availability. I'd been in pain for a week and urgently needed to see that doctor, but the way the receptionist treated me was appalling. She didn't even look me in the eye when she was talking to me, answering in monosyllables. Neither my mother nor I will ever go back to that place, and I will continue to spread the word.

Terrible service. They didn't even ask what we were looking for, just "Sit there and wait," and when we stood up they said they weren't working anymore. The girls were talking amongst themselves, telling the receptionist to tell us to leave, but the receptionist never said anything to us until we approached, and she didn't even look at us. Very rude and poor service. We won't be back.
