Terrible customer service, poor hygiene, they treat patients like animals and have no consideration for anyone.
I'm giving them a 4 because it's my first time, and I understand that for a place with limited space, they do what they can, although they can improve. I still have to look for some results, so when I do, I'll rate them again. As a suggestion, I saw that the therapy area is on the second level. I didn't go for that service, but I saw and helped several women who had trouble getting up. I understand that anything related to physical therapy should logically be downstairs since its users have some physical problem. Aside from that, the customer service area, information, or guidance that's downstairs, has a foreign guy who has difficulty speaking the language, and under that stress of so many people complaining or something, he can get confused. Just some things to keep in mind. Thank you.
Can someone tell me if appointments are required for a map?
They work quickly, they're very good. It's like a small clinic; they take only a few seconds. It's a really great little hospital.
