I don't understand. They say they accept SENASA insurance from the government, but when you go to ask, they say they don't, and they want to charge a thousand pesos for a consultation...

It's a total disgrace; I imagine those who go there do so out of necessity. The service is terrible in every possible way.

Si tienes todo el tiempo del mundo, ve y atiéndete aquí. El sistema es muy desorganizado y muy lento. Es una loquera. Ponen a pacientes de edad a esperar afuera con el calor que hace. Ordené unos estudios y estaban mal realizados, allá mismo me los hice. Y para colmo no me hicieron una parte de un análisis por falta de materiales y lo supe el día de la cita con el doctor. En fin, todo un desorden. Algunos doctores son buenos pero es una perdida de tiempo.

My experience was very bad, by the way. Most of the employees have no customer service skills, and they have a very strange policy. It's the first time in my life that I've seen someone who, after giving you almost a week to get results, makes you wait two hours outside in the sun just to receive them. They don't print them until the patient comes to pick them up, because, according to them, if the patient doesn't come to get them, it's a loss for them, as if the patient didn't pay immediately. Anyone who goes the first time isn't keen on going back, to be honest.

Very good place and good doctors, especially my cardiologist! I'm not giving it 5 stars because there's a very unpleasant person there (a doctor, I think she's a pediatrician), and I think they should give her a lesson in etiquette, protocol, and respect, or at least reprimand her for her rude attitude, superiority complex, arrogance, and mockery. She doesn't know how to treat patients well. I consider her attitude and words to be quite disrespectful. Just try not to run into that animal, or she'll make you have a bad time, like she did to me by speaking rudely to my 85-year-old grandmother, among other things. But otherwise, it's a very good health center, and the doctors I've visited have been very pleasant. :) 2022 Update: I went for an ultrasound, and the treatment was terrible. I'm lowering the rating to 2 stars because the place went from bad to worse. I do NOT recommend it AT ALL. Go to Cresa instead; they're not friendly, but they ARE efficient and don't treat customers like they're doing them a favor and not paying them. Please fire that awful staff you have here in Villa Mella.
