If you're thinking you'll be there for 15 minutes, you're very wrong. Whether it's just to sign a document or pick up a vehicle, it seems their policy is to keep you sitting there for 3-4 hours. It's TERRIBLE! I arrived at 3 for something that was supposed to take 15 minutes, and it was 7 pm and I was still waiting.

Think twice before doing business with these people. They asked me for a deposit to reserve a vehicle, promising a full refund if I decided not to take it. I decided not to, and then they mentioned a penalty, something they hadn't said beforehand, and I hadn't signed anything. Getting my money back was a nightmare. The manager never gave me a timeframe for the refund. When I called, she avoided me and only talked about the penalty and how it was a process. I had to threaten to report them. A vehicle from them costs three times as much as at other finance companies, and they charge you six years for the same four-year monthly payment you'd get elsewhere—a total rip-off. Their business practices are appalling.

Terrible service, they treat you like you're asking for something, not buying it. They're irresponsible. I don't recommend them. And to get your deposit back, you have to wait until they feel like it.
